DEATH VALLEY NATIONAL PARK, CALIFORNIA (November, 2017)

We arrived late on Friday night to howling winds and a sandstorm so strong you couldn’t see further than a few metres. By morning the winds had died down but the air was still hazy, meaning that when the sun rose up above the mountains, the whole valley floor went bright orange. Naturally Jaye thought it a good time to get some hill sprints in. The rest of the weekend was spent chasing the tops of sand dunes and fading light.
